Beading machine for tubes

 

This special purpose machine serves for flanging oven pipes, industrial tubes and also for the production of tension rings. With these tension rings two oven pipes can be easily connected. The advantage of this procedure is essential time saving and quick adaptation to the prevailing requirements on the site.

Procedure:
The oven pipes are put manually into the jaw chucks. They are clamped automatically, after closing of the protection doors.

The rotation of the jaw chucks and the advances are started automatically. After the beading the outer diameter is neatly shaped. Then the machine stops and the doors open.

Cycle: approx 40 sec.
