Welding:

Robotic welding and blanking line for aluminium beams



Robotic welding cell with 2 welding robots and 2 cleaning robots; rotating table
with manual removal and insertion station; and protective operator cab. A cooling tower with an arm manipulator leading to the blanking and testing stations is used in order to cool off the workpieces.





Blanking: 

 2 square holes
6 round holes
2 beveling dies                                                                              

Testing and measuring station:
-  Mounting for fixture on RPS points
-  Testing for all machining results
-  Controller: Siemens S7 300 PLC -> For line
-  Statistical test data analysis with PC and corresponding software (Cpk analysis)
