Production line for shuttering profiles

From warehouse to warehouse

Packs of up to 12-m long steel profiles are loaded by the warehouse crane.

In a fully automatic process, various lengths and types of shuttering profile are produced, stacked in the pallet station and taken to the warehouse.

Double mitre saw – NC controlled saw spacing

Variable lengths of 600 mm to 3,300 mm and with different processing can be produced without resetting or retooling.
