What the center is intended for: Automatic cutting of profiles, featuring all types of cross sections and shapes, to length and with any type of angle; after this, the profiles are deburred (with brush deburring) and are then placed on a finished part buffer space. |

Width: 30-100 mm (1.18-3.94 in), height: 20-100 mm (0.79-3.94 in) or specific section shapes according to drawings From 4,000 to 8,000 mm (13' 1" to 26' 3") Straightness: 1.5 mm/m (.018 in/ft) Twist: 1°/m (0.3°/ft) 1 to 5 mm (.039 to .196 in) 350 to 1200 MPa From 100 to 2,500 mm (3.9" to 8' 2")

Sequence description: - The profiles are manually placed on the buffer bin (shuttle) by the operator and are then slid axially until they hit a stop (infeed track). - The profiles are separated automatically and are then transferred onto the roller track. - The NC feeding gripper positions the profile in the HM compound miter saw. - The corresponding length and/or angle is cut according to the program. - The NC section gripper takes the cut profile and moves it to the transfer position for the transport shuttle. - The profiles are moved transversely from the transport shuttle to the next stations (NC brushing station and air cleaning station) in cycles. - The various cut angles are deburred with rotating steel brushes in the NC brushing station. - Swarf is blown off from the profiles as much as possible in the air cleaning station. - The finished parts are placed on the buffer belt and the profile lengths are measured. - The profiles are output for manual removal.
